Cookie Butter

A cookie butter cookie dough base, with Biscoff cookies and white chocolate chips throughout, stuffed with cookie butter sandwiched between a biscoff cookie, topped with a white chocolate and cookie butter drizzle and sprinkled with crumbled up biscoff cookies.

This style of cookie is meant to have a soft texture in the middle but will not be raw!
